Tips for Supporting Young People

This guidance from the Universities of Reading and Oxford gives some useful tips on how to respond to children and young people’s worries about Coronavirus. There are two pdf documents you can download that give more detail for different ages.

Teens in Crisis Wellbeing Packs

There are four wellbeing packs available to download from the Teens in Crisis website. They cover areas such as anxiety, coping with change, worry, low mood, isolation and self harm.
